What drives Nkiru's passion is being part of a transformational journey and driving change, whether it is for clients, an organisation or for the community. In her 'spare time', she is the Co-Founder of Osun, a independent Women's Clothing Brand that looks to inspire the world of fashion with contemporary print & sustainable fashion. Nkiru is also a certified professional Coach and runs her own coaching business, where she focuses on supporting Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders in transforming their business and themselves.
Beatrice Whelan, Sage
Global Content Manager, Social Media, Events & Blogs
Beatrice Whelan is Global Content Manager for Social Media, Events and Blogs at Sage, providing social and inbound content strategy for Sage across 24 markets. She is the author of Trending: The Complete Guide to Social Media for Events. Before joining Sage in 2011 Beatrice worked in Google and from there became a WordPress developer for six years. During this time she received the award for Best Accessible Website in the eGovernment Awards for her work on an accessible WordPress site for Kildare Leisure Services. She was co-organiser of Blog Awards Ireland in 2012 and 2013 and has also served on the board of the Irish Internet Association. She has written for Huffington Post, Business Plus, Circa Art Magazine and Tweak Your Biz. Her work for Sage has received many awards including Best Inbound Marketing Campaign, Social Media Awards (2013) and Best Use of Social, Advocate Marketing Awards (2016).
David Lockie, Pragmatic

David Lockie is the Founder and Director of Pragmatic which he set up in January 2012 after freelancing as a WordPress Developer for a number of years, and has now grown to over 50 staff in the UK. With clients including Sage, Bacardi, DPD, ITV, Universal and many others. David loves delivering content platforms that add value to businesses and organisations and has been invited to speak at a number global conferences, sharing his insights on building a successful agency and revealing how WordPress, open-source and Blockchain can save the world. As Director of Pragmatic he enjoys finding interesting and exciting work for the team, helping the team develop their skills and to care for their well-being. That in turn ensures Pragmatic are doing the very best for its clients and partners. He is proud to work with such a great team and fantastic clients, helping them to grow over the years.
James Dowell, WP Engine
James Dowell specialises in market development for high growth technology companies. With 13+ years of experience in the technology services industry he spent a decade contributing to the growth of Rackspace EMEA from 10 to over 1,000 people. Currently he leads Enterprise Sales for WP Engine in EMEA. James will be speaking about Gen Z and how best to engage the younger audience and future workforce.
